Volume during day is posted as 0 – which is incorrect. Recent volume has been as high as 65,000,000, volume is posted after hours approx. 2 hours after closing. It could be assumed that due to lack of information this stock has remained under the radar and while it is progressing in its endeavors at a rapid pace is quite undervalued. Audited financials are late: Company says they are still working on them and will be out shortly. Both positive and negative speculation on this, Negative: Since the financials are late, there has been a cease trading order by the Ontario Securities Commission which currently prevents Ontario residents to trade the stock. The only PR I found today read as follows: TORONTO, ONTARIO, Dec 5, 2003 (CCNMatthews via COMTEX) -- The Cease Trading Order issued on November 25, 2003 will continue December 5, 2003. While this caused a little initial pull back people soon figured out it had very little meaning as all the trading takes place on the pinks and PPS has continued its march North as much as 400% from day of PR. Positive: The financials could contain some very good news including sales figures not previously reported, possible SEC filing etc. etc. 2. OS as per last filing is 779,293,853, however it has been rumored that OS may be as high as 2,000,000,000, company has said this will be clarified in next financial. I hope the above links have made you more comfortable with investing in MSITF. As the government approvals continue to come in and sales are reported the more credibility will come to this company and .0085 (close on 1/23/04) should be a distant memory… Update: bounced off 52 week high of .0199 on 1/30. If you are not yet convinced that this company is on the up and up you may choose to wait for the following to develop, but there is no guarantee what your entry level will be! 1) Audited financials filed with SEC and subsequent move to different exchange. 2) Progress on fast-track FDA approval as medical devices for HIV VScan test kits. 3) China SDA approval on HIV 1/2 and HepB tests. 4) Sales ARE NOW being processed to Peru. 5) India/Thailand approval for VScan test kit sales. 6) Approval in approximately 32 other countries where registration applications are pending. 7) Updated sales figures for the Congo and Viet Nam. 8) Updates on other products: MSI has 14 medical products in their pipeline. 9) Plus developments related to Hotel de Health. 10) And much, much more!
