(Pinksheets: MSITF - News) announced on January 29, 2004 that it had begun to ship VScan HIV 1&2 rapid test kits to Austria for testing. Today, the Company wishes to advise that based on the results obtained to date and the successful discussions that have occurred, that the local group working on behalf of the Company have requested additional VScan test kits for evaluation and testing. The Company is also pleased to announce that this same local group is now evaluating the potential of the VScan HIV rapid test kit in Romania.

The Company believes that Austria could serve as an excellent and effective gateway to the European market. The testing being done can be used for gaining EC approval. The Company is anticipating receiving final protocols governing regulatory testing in Austria, Romania and EC.
