Looks
like we won't make that "end of the second quarter" prediction
after all, promised by our great CEO. I hope the thrid quarter doesn't
turn into the fourth quarter. *Sigh* BTW, I wonder what kind of car they
gave her? Maybe it's one of those new razzle-dazzle Maybachs to match
her salary. Thanks for the C&P. The Company estimates that enrollment of patients in this study will be completed during the second quarter of 2004. The study requires a two-week pre-treatment period, a four-week treatment period and a four-week follow-up period. It is estimated that all patients will have completed treatment and follow-up by the third quarter 2004. (Voluntary Disclosure: Position- Long; ST Rating- Hold; LT Rating- Hold) |
new
boss gets 40,000,000 shares? so her goal is to get the pps up to 1.00 by
2009 so, $350,000 per year a car, $50,000 bonus and $40,000,000 in 5
years of work. WOW go new boss. i should of went to college instead of
partying in the 70s

Look
like Bregman won't need to doctor expense reports for her personal
vehicle provided for business use. Looks like firboy is a liar. |
Slipping
dates..... (They couldn't find 7 patients in the last 3 months?) "It is estimated that all patients will have completed treatment and follow-up by the third quarter 2004. The completion of the study is dependent upon the availability of patients meeting the prescribed protocol and the ability of the hospitals to meet the requirements of the protocol." |
Did
the new CEO say "everything is on schedule" at her face to
face soire? If she did, it was an outright lie, because the patients had
not been enrolled and of course it would be inpossible to have results
by the end of 2Q. The pattern of material misrepresentations continues. |
Fire: I've placed presidents of divisions before, but never a CEO. Mostly high tech, but I've done some work for quite a few biotech's here in the Bay Area including Genentech and Abbott Labs. Still, a percentage is a percentage and if Sue is correct with her $400,000 salary then we're looking at a 25% fee structure which went out with the Dot Com's in 2001. (400K X .25 + 40K X .25 = $110,000) (40K is for the administrative assistant) I don't know what the going rate is in New York by comparison and I'd imagine salaries are similar too. But that's enough to keep a small firm open for a full year in some cases. Just seems rediculously high. Now
you raise a good question. In the spirit of honesty and since Bregman
himself is here to answer, maybe it is high time he explain. He doesn't
mind dropping tidbits that none of us know! How about you form this
question to him. You respect him right? As gatekeeper of company funds while in office, how many sets of tires did he authorize for Hirschmans' personal vehicles that were provided for business use? When he saw the expense report did he see it as odd? why did he authorize it? Was he derelict? How many sets of tires are needed over 5 years? As an officer of this company obligated to manage funds and while the company was short of funds, did he ask any employee in Yonkers to go and look to see which vehicle has new tires? Why?While you are in the question asking mode. Ask him how his friend firehirschman came into possession of an old expense report? Good Luck. Sort of makes me want to see all of the expense reports for all of the employees. Particularly Bregman. IT raises the specter of misuse of funds.

This
is just starting to get interesting. Bregman has a chance to speak to
all of his loyal shareholders. Live on-stage. His claim that as far as
he knew, his old partner put his shares into a blind trust? Unwilling to
state he sold a portion of them? Huh? Let's watch! Maybe Bill Bregman
should be willing to acknowledge how many shares he has sold since
taking a moniker here. I smell smoke. The thought that firehirschman and
mbengineer never imagined their friends would out them on their
monikers? LMFAO. Is Judge Judy in the house? |
That's
what Bregman touted. We even learned that 23 patients will be the story.
Amazing! She is off to a very poor start. Wonder what she truly thinks
of Bregman, Wilner, Hirschman. Did she realize she walked into a otc
pump game? Who to trust? Who to believe? Large shareholders named Levine
and Bregman? Pomerantz? The Cohen Bauer ritual? Wilner? Where is Kent
and Nowinski when you need them? Where is Friedland and his blind
trustworthiness? Funny. |
Who
bought another newsletter? Does Bregman know? Did Bregman sell any stock
in the past 60 days? Answers please? Anyone? - - - - - |
Hello
Yank,Goto this website it should help!!......Aven1 http://finance.yahoo.com/q/it?s=ADVR.OB (Voluntary Disclosure: Position- Long; ST Rating- Strong Buy; LT Rating- Strong Buy) |
Unfortunately
Bregman wanted it both ways:; To be able to have posted here anonymously (not any longer) And to NOT have to answer your pertinent questions. Those two scenarios now have changed, to wit: he no longer enjoys his anonymous pseud - let's see if he chooses to keep posting and refuses to answer those questions. My bet is that he does not have the rigors of discipline to stop posting (one way to avoid the questions) - and will continue to obfuscate - as he did on his "quiting at 23 patients" scenario. - - - - - |
What
ADVR will have on the table by mid August, IMO 1. Results from the phase I HPV topical study with FDA. 2. Results from phase I/II study for cachectic salvage therapy for AIDS. 3. Animal model study on RA, along with the human study done in Argentina. 4. Animal model study on MS. 5. There are other studies done in Argentina and Barbados but, I don't think they carry enough clout to be of much help. Will this be enough to attract a partner? If it does not. Is Mr. Dicke willing to fork over another 20 million or more to go through with the late stage phase II trials, useing 200 patients, proposed in March of 03. IMO, the results of this phase I/II trial had better be nothing short of miraculous. Dan |
Thx.
Is Bregman required to file 144's? 144 filings represent intent. I want
to know how many shares he has sold. Simple. He claimed he abides by the
rule of fair disclosure. Let's have his honest and fair disclosure! Y/N?
Is it too hard for him to answer a fair and honest question? |
Then
he operates under a double standard? Let's see what he has to say in his
next post? If he is any part of a man, his actions should reveal his
true character. Time will tell. Thx for your genuine input. |
Interesting.
I thought item number 1 had been out? Number 2 is what is providing so
much problem with shareholders. Please elaborate or justify your
thinking for the timeline on number 2. Number 3 is cloudy for me. Can
you point me in the direction of pr or SEC filing that leads you to
expect any information on number 3? I missed that and can use your
guidance. Number 4 I have no clue. Again. Can you offer any official
reference? Number 5 represents a claim by firehirschman and Bill Bregman
that the lousy Hirschman failed us and allowed those studies to go by
the wayside when they were important. I think many of us will appreciate
some explanation for your opinions. thx kindly. |
Well
this is another material misrepresentation. The kind that is
inexcusable. If this kind of manipulation doesn't indicate a sell, I
don't know what does. |
It's
outrageous for Bregman to tell us something that is not public. Double
duty for fireboy. There are 3 years of post on file that will prove this
to the SEC. Lawyers do not need to be shareholders to represent any
shareholder. |
